At Prestigemix, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item is not to your liking, here are our return and refund conditions.
Return and exchange conditions
- You have 30 days after receipt to return a product.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Repayment options
- Refund within 30 days of receipt and inspection of return.
- Voucher (+10€ bonus) if you choose a voucher instead of a refund.
- Conservation with compensation: keep the item and receive 50% of its value in a voucher.
- Full credit note with free return postage if you opt for a voucher instead of a refund.
Exceptions
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Donated items must be returned for a full refund.
