Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Our delivery rate is 7.99€. We offer free delivery on orders over €59.99.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 Delivery in France takes between 3 and 9 working days. Delivery to other European countries takes between 5 and 15 days. Please note that during major promotions, we may receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. This can lead to short delays (24-72h) in order processing.

Not received your entire order?

No need to panic! If you've ordered several items on our site and only received part of them, don't worry. Sometimes we ship items separately because we can't fit them all in the same box. It's also possible that items come from different warehouses.

Returns / Refunds

I'm not satisfied with the item I ordered and received. Can I get a refund?

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after receipt of your order. For all requests, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], indicating the subject of your request and your order number. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

The item I received is not what I bought. What should I do?

If the item you have received does not correspond to the one you purchased (incorrect reference, problem with size, color, characteristics, completely different product, defective), you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us. We invite you to write to us at [email protected], indicating the subject of your request and your order number. Our customer service department will either reship the product originally ordered, give you a voucher for the same value as your order, or simply refund your money.

How do I place an order?

1) Go to the product page and click on "Add to basket".
2) A summary of your order will appear. Click on "Confirm order".
3) Enter your delivery and payment details for your order.
4) Wait for your package to arrive!

I need to modify my order.

Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at [email protected] so that we can take your request into account. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to make any further changes.
