Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Our delivery rate is €7.99. We offer delivery from 59.99€ of purchases.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 3 to 9 working days for delivery in France. Deliveries to other European countries take between 5 and 15 days. Note that during large promotions, we may receive a significant number of orders in a short period of time. This may result in small delays (24-72 hours) in order processing.

You have not received your entire order?

Do not panic ! If you ordered several items on our site and only received part of them, don't worry. Sometimes we ship items separately because we can't fit everything in the same box. It is also possible that the items come from different warehouses.

Return / Refund

I am not satisfied with the item I ordered and received. Can I get a refund?

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after receipt of your order. For all requests, contact us by email at support@prestigemix.com, indicating the subject of your request and your order number. A response will be sent to you as soon as possible.

The item I received does not match the one I purchased. What should I do?

If the item you received does not correspond to the one you purchased (reference error, problem with size, color, characteristics, completely different product, defective), you have a period of 14 days from the day after the day of receipt of your order to notify us. We invite you to write to us at support@prestigemix.com indicating the subject of your request and your order number. Our customer service will either offer to reship the product initially ordered, give you a voucher of the same value as your order or simply refund you.

2) A summary of your order appears. Click “Submit Order”.
3) Enter your delivery and payment information for your order.
4) Wait quietly for your package to arrive!
